Dessert with barley rusks and raisins
Ingredients (for 6 portions)
600g of HRYSAFI strained yoghurt
6 tablespoons of sugar
6 tablespoons of low-fat cream
200g of dried raisins
100g of grated HRYSAFI barley rusks
100g of toasted and crushed almonds
Mix the yogurt, the sugar, the cream and 150g of raisins in a bowl. In another bowl mix the grated biscuit with almonds and put into glasses. On top, add the yoghurt mixture and garnish with the remaining raisins. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Tip: you can replace the raisins with other dried red fruits, like cranberries, blueberries, etc.
